1- Senior Programme Manager
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Description:

The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, tracking and closing projects successfully and ensuring these are fully integrated within the overall engagement programme. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the department’s programmes are completed on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders and clients, and to ensure that all parties are aligned and are working towards a common goal.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops mechanisms and platforms to ensure that all team members are able to integrate, work together and co-ordinate their efforts to achieve divisional goals
• Focuses on implementing strategic tasks that align new programmes with the Engagement strategy and goal
• Integrates the project leads’ deliverables
• Identifies and manages project risks and implements risk mitigation strategies
• Monitors and reports on the achievement of these milestones and deliverables
• Manages change control

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience of programme and project management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Professional Diploma/Certification in Project Management
• Effective leadership, communication and intrapersonal skills
• Commands respect and creates a sense of community among members of the project teams
• Sound knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
