Alright, here’s the deal: ADMAC’s got a major gig going down in Abu Dhabi and we’re on the hunt for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who actually knows their stuff—not just someone who can talk the talk. If you’re obsessed with numbers, budgets, and making sure nobody blows the project spend on gold-plated bathroom tiles, you’ll probably fit right in.

What You’ll Actually Do:

– Build, juggle, and keep tabs on project budgets and cost plans (and not lose your mind in the process)
– Dive into feasibility studies and pick apart costs like it’s your day job (because, well… it is)
– Keep a hawk’s eye on spending, set up cost control measures, and call out shenanigans
– Be the glue between contractors, clients, and the team so everyone’s on the same financial page
– Whip up, review, and break down tender docs
– Help manage contracts, deal with claims, and handle those delightful variations

What We’re Looking For:

– Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related gig
– Actual experience (we’re talking real-world, boots-on-building-site quantity surveying)
– Knows their way around construction costs, contracts, and how procurement really goes down
– Numbers don’t scare you. Negotiations don’t, either.
– Handy with AutoCAD, CostX, and Excel (bonus points if you can teach us a trick or two)
– Member of something fancy like RICS? Sweet. If not, no biggie.
