Responsibilities:
- Managing all day-to-day operational issues relating to the restaurant including staffing, training, rostering, purchasing, and managing budgets.
- Ensuring that the restaurant is run efficiently on a day-to-day basis with adequate staff cover at all times.
- Liaising with restaurant managers and Head Chef on a daily basis and collaborating closely to drive sales and continually improve standards of food, menus, and service.
- Overseeing dining reservations , managing all seating allocations, customer comments, and reservation notes.
- Pleases customers by providing a pleasant dining experience.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years of senior managerial experience within a fine dining restaurant in the UAE.
- Position open for locally based candidates only.
- Have experience working in a high pace, busy hospitality environment.
- Have sound financial acumen.
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email
- Have good organizational & presentation skills, and show initiative whilst multi-tasking.
