What you will do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all Workplace management matters in MENA
• Manage all aspects of Workplace operations inclusive of space management, in-office experience, health and safety, visitors and security, maintenance, vendor management and local events.
• Ensure key stakeholders in region and globally are kept well informed of all Workplace management operations
• Drive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellence
• Report on KPIs and SLAs across region
• Team management (in person and remotely)
• Work with Workplace PMO on office renovations and/or relocations
• Budget management for all MENA sites
• Operate in line with all CKO Procurement policies
• Manage third party vendors, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are developed and regularly reviewed.
• Ensure we are legally compliant for all matters concerning health, safety and security in the region.
• Collaborate with the wider Workplace team on global initiatives and strategic projects.
• Administrator of the Workplace Service Desk, ensuring globally set SLAs are met by team.

About You:

• Demonstrable experience as a Workplace/Facilities management professional in a fast-paced, global start-up environment
• Proven experience managing multi-site building operations cross borders
• Solid understanding of building compliance and relevant legislation
• Working knowledge of HVAC and M&E systems
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Outlook and Google Apps
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to interact and communicate with influence
• Proactive and solutions focused
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong vendor / contract management skills
• Ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members and stakeholders informed
• Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond for the team
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Arabic speaking preferable but not essential
