About SERCO (Information):

 

Serco, a company owned by the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority), operates the automated, driverless trains and fully air-conditioned stations of Dubai Metro. The Metro commenced its operations on September 9th, 2009, under the direction of Dubai’s Ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
