A leading automotive workshop in Dubai is looking for an experienced Service Advisor with an existing customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to drive business.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle service and repair needs.

• Provide expert advice on maintenance, repairs, and service packages.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and attract new customers.

• Prepare job cards, cost estimates, and invoices accurately.

• Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely service delivery.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and additional required repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in Dubai.

• Existing customer base in the automotive service industry is a must.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Technical knowledge of various car brands and repair processes.

• Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).

• Ability to upsell services and meet sales targets.
