Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Regional Quality Manager (RQM), the Service Partner will visit branches, prepare Service Health Check Reports, gather data, identify areas of improvement, conduct and prepare service plans at a branch level.

Visit at least 4 to 5 branches per day and conduct health check reviews, circulate the reports, and follow up.
Log all issues in the Issue Tracker report and follow up with concerned stake holders on resolution.
Work with the branch team to improve service results and help them wherever required to resolve their issues.
Facilitate Branch/ District/ Region level service meetings.
Assist in implementation of Training for field staff bearing Service Clinics and MSP, CSS Road shows
Work closely with the Regional Service Quality Manager in implementation of all service initiatives within the District/ Region.
Maintenance of various types of MIS reports for District/ Regional consumption, escalations to Senior Management roles as well as for HO Research team.
