Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and/or design
- Recent experience working as a ServiceNow Architect
- Experience with overseeing the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Experience in configuration and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform using scripts and platform capabilities
- Provided technical expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform architecture, guiding both internal teams and clients
