Servis is looking to hire a Senior Manager Leather Purchase.
Job Responsibilities:

• Come up with smart game plans for getting leather, making sure it lines up with what the company actually needs (not just what looks good on paper). Hunt down new suppliers, size ’em up, and haggle like your paycheck depends on it—because, honestly, it probably does. Gotta score deals that don’t make us look cheap, but don’t empty the bank either.
• Keep an eye on the whole leather scene—prices, trends, which suppliers are flaking and which are killing it. If something smells fishy? Jump on it before it blows up. It’s all about dodging disasters and finding ways to do things smoother, faster, cheaper.
• Don’t let inventory get out of hand—nobody wants to see stacks of unsold leather gathering dust, but running out is even worse. Keep things flowing, keep the factory humming. Oh, and the team? Make sure everyone’s pulling their weight. Give ’em the support (and the occasional reality check) they need to actually hit those numbers.
