Job Responsibilities:

1)Record and post petty cash expenses in the GL module.
2)Maintain and update asset records, including monthly depreciation, in the Fixed Assets module.
3)Process and clear marketing, travel, and other vendor invoices in the AP module.
4)Manage billing activities and coordinate with utility providers (GEPCO & SNGPL).
5)Ensure timely reconciliation and accurate financial entries across modules.
6)Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

4) Implement Standard Work Systems (SWS) and deliver employee training sessions.
5)Monitor, track, and support development project initiatives for continuous improvement.
