We’re hiring Shift In-charge / AM Fabric Dyeing (Processing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure shade matching and color consistency.
• Troubleshoot machine issues to prevent delays or defects.
• Execute production plans efficiently with minimal wastage.
• Maintain fabric quality as per standards and customer specs.
• Manage workforce and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with lab, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Keep accurate production and process records.

Skills:

• Analytical Skills
• Technical & Problem Solving Skills
• Strong knowledge of woven dyeing on continuous dyeing process.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Qualification: Min Intermediate.

5 Years of relevant Fabric Dyeing experience.
