We’re hiring Assistant Manager (Transport)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain company vehicles and handle their insurance and claims.
- Keep records of all company vehicles and ensure logbooks and registration are updated.
- Check vehicles regularly and make sure oil, filters, and servicing are done on time. Handle repairs when needed.
- Inspect contract vehicles and ensure they are in good condition and AC/heater is working. Report issues to contractor and manage monthly payments.
- Prepare and display seating plans in vehicles used for staff pick & drop and update when required.
- Manage staff pick & drop requests and arrange vehicles as needed. Hire rental vehicles in case of urgency.
- Deal with fuel and CNG stations for credit supply and verify bills before payment.
Skills:
- Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office
- Leadership & Team Management
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- B.A./B.Com from HEC recognized Institute.
- 3-5 Year Experience in Relevant Field.
