Job Title: Senior Officer- Commercial – Coal Mining Industry

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Senior Officer (Commercial) to join our team in Tharparkar. The person in this position will be responsible for the commercial aspects of coal mining. Your experience and expertise will help us grow and succeed in our company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Commercial Manager in his daily work.

   

• Collect and record general and basic data in order.

   

• Handle the company’s goods and service contracts,
  Participate in drafting contracts (in both Chinese and English),
  And assist in the contract negotiation and signing process.

   

• Implement the procurement plan according to actual needs.

   

• To fulfill any other task assigned by the officers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance or a related field.
   (Additional certificates will be an added advantage)

    

2. At least 3 years of experience, and have worked in a similar position.
   Experience in the natural resources or renewable energy sector is preferred.

    

3. Must have a good understanding of operating computers and various software.
4. Good command of English, and it is better if you also know Chinese.

    

5. Must be familiar with finance payments and accounting.

    

6. Must be familiar with purchasing methods, contracts and vendor management.

    

7. Must have experience in negotiation and purchasing.

    

8. People from Tharparkar or nearby areas will be preferred.

Job Title: Business Development Manager – Coal Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

Develop and implement good methods of selling coal.

Maintain contact with customers and build good relationships.

Complete sales work on time and correctly.

Understand the market and find new business opportunities.

Make good decisions through communication.

Help the company achieve its goals.

Adhere to company policies and industry rules.

Play a key role in advancing the work of coal sales.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and implementing good methods of selling coal so that the company’s target is met.
• Maintaining good relations with customers and sellers so that friendships last for a long time.
• Obtaining information about the market and finding work opportunities in new places.
• Making and negotiating contracts, and making sure that everything is done in accordance with the law.
• Working closely with other departments of the company such as operations, delivery, and accounting.
• Listening to customers, solving their problems, and keeping them happy.
• Preparing sales reports and estimates and submitting them to executives.
• Completing tasks assigned by senior executives on time.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, commerce or a related field is required.
   (Additional courses or certificates are even better)
2. At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in coal, mining or similar fields.
3. Must have the ability to communicate, persuade and build good relationships with people.
4. Must be able to understand the coal and energy markets and know customer needs.
5. Good computer skills, especially MS Office and SAP/ERP systems.
   (It is even better if you have sales report software)
6. Ability to work independently and work with people from different countries and cultures.
7. Fluent in English, and Chinese would be an added advantage.
