Responbilities:

So, you’ll be the one wrangling all the paperwork—yeah, both the stuff you can touch and the digital chaos. Gotta keep everything sorted and tidy, because, let’s be honest, nobody wants to go on a scavenger hunt for that one file from 2019. You’ll need to jump in and update things on the regular, so we’re not living in the past with old info.

People will bug you for documents—expect it—so you’ll have to swoop in and deliver whatever they need, fast. Oh, and don’t forget: you’re basically the security guard for all our records. Keep the sensitive stuff locked down, because data leaks are for amateurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric or FA
• 1 – 3 Years of Experience in Record Keeping in a reputable organization.
