Job Description:
Day to day you can expect to:
- Work closely with product managers, engineers and other designers to improve the traveller’s user experience form the delivery journey perspective — working in sprints or related exercises to work through synthesizing insights and solution iterations
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver an exceptional product delivery experience – providing users with the tools, resources, and guidance user need to successfully use our products
- Executing detailed and thorough designs accounting for edge cases and technical constraints, grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions
- Participate in various stages of the Design Lifecycle: from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design
- Partner with UX Researcher to rapidly validate concepts prior to development
You’re a good fit if you:
- 3+ years of experience working in a product design role
- A keen eye for usability principles and creating great user experiences
- Experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iteration
- The ability to take ownership of ensuring a rewarding experience is being delivered to our users
- One or more case studies that showcase your impact on the product
You have:
- Prototyping for desktop and mobile experiences
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma
- Clear, compelling presentation and communication style
- Demonstrate basic design system understanding and practices.
