We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

• Manage sales performance to achieve the agreed budget.

• Track and optimize lead generation to enhance conversion rates.

• Support the Dealer Principal in budgeting and sales operations.

• Ensure smooth transaction processing using the dealer management system.

• Oversee finance and insurance processes for additional revenue.

• Conduct daily sales meetings to monitor activities and progress.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

• Maintain showroom display and hygiene standards.

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring legal and compliance adherence.

Who you are?

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years in operational management.

• Strong experience in automotive sales.

• Expertise in sales processes, customer engagement, and finance handling.

• Leadership and coaching skills for team performance improvement.

• Knowledge of banking and financial processes.

• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
