Simpaisa is seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead technical and operational relationships with our merchant partners and drive the successful integration of Simpaisa’s product offerings.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in end-to-end project planning and execution
-Oversee full software delivery lifecycle
-Prepare BRDs, Project Charters, Risk Registers, and MoMs
-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile processes
-Utilize tools like Jira and MS Project for tracking and reporting
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders
-Identify and manage project risks
-Ensure high-quality project deliverables

Qualifications and skills:

-Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field
-2–4 years of project management experience
-Strong command of Agile & Waterfall methodologies
-Proficient in Jira, MS Project, and project documentation
-Understanding of Scrum framework
-Solid knowledge of Fintech (Remittance sector is a plus)
-Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
