WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute Social Media (SM) strategies such as but not limited to SM campaign specific activities and synergized digital, SM & offline initiatives
  • Manage and grow all of the brand’s SM platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & Twitter, Instagram)
  • Meet defined KPI’s for SM platforms in terms of growth, users engagement and generation of unique but relevant content for brands target audience(s)
  • Manage and execute digital media spends provided by the Marketing Manager across SM platforms (i.e. promoting posts & accounts)
  • Source and manage third party ‘talent’ required to enhance our SM platforms such as thought leaders and influencers
  • Become the voice of Organization in the SM space, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate in order to foster conversation with our target market
  • Engage with users on a daily basis via online communities, primarily on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Work with in house team and third party agencies to develop social media creative artworks
  • Develop and manage daily posts across the brands SM platforms
  • Stay up to date on emerging SM platforms in the region and best practices in order to ensure that the brand’s SM platforms are of the highest standards
  • Work on comprehensive annual social media analysis reports providing details such as but not limited to the SM brand strategy, future SM brand strategy as well as in depth analysis on brand competitors
  • Provide, on a monthly basis, in depth monitoring reports
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on research and community interactions
  • Stay up to date on all ongoing social media centric competitor activities and derive insights and learnings for future brand initiatives
  • Prepare quarterly SM reports on competitor analysis

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Interest in engagement with social networks (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blogs & Forums)Good knowledge of web technologies and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • The ability to be a team player who is able to build and maintain close relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong strategic, critical thinking skills with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working with a B2B business (mandatory)
