Your Role

• Strong proficiency in English reading, writing, and presentation skills is a critical requirement for this role, with fluency in Arabic or French being a significant value-add.

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers, contractors, and consultants.

• Proven experience in Technical Project Leadership, Key Account Management, and Project Planning, with a track record of delivering successful projects.

• Stay up to date with the latest technology innovations from OEMs and apply value engineering principles to deliver competitive bids.

• Contribute as a valuable member of project teams, from project inception to successful completion.

• Provide expert architectural guidance for new solutions and services across multiple technology domains, leveraging key execution and deployment skills, including interface deployment for complex projects.

• Stay current with emerging technologies by researching, reviewing, and making recommendations on IT, OT, software, and related areas.

• Translate functional requirements into architecture and design and provide detailed design documentation.

• Develop technical risk assessment reports, including mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery in accordance with SLAs.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

• Possession of industry certifications in 3rd party portfolio solutions such as Genetec, Milestone, CCure, Nedap, etc., will be highly advantageous.

• Proven hands-on experience in deploying Security Management Stations and 3rd party subsystems.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Clustering/SQL Clustering/High Availability/Fault Tolerance principles will be an add-on.

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies across multiple platforms, including VMWare, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Zerto, Citrix, etc.

• Comprehensive understanding of cloud subscription models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) will be an added advantage.

• Experience in vertical markets such as Metros, Healthcare, Airports, or Public Sector, including Oil & Gas, will be beneficial.
