About The Role
Do you have a passion for Lebanese wine? Are you able to apply your creativity, knowledge, expertise and expressive vocabulary to explain in a creative manner to guests the full-bodied flavors, tannin varietals, and recommend which wine compliments which ingredients? About You
Ideally, we’d like you to have a solid background in luxury restaurants or hotels, having worked at this level for at least 2 years with a level 2 qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET). International experience in a similar role would also be a plus. Ideally, you will have experience preparing wine lists, maintaining wine stock and training staff. Fluency in either Arabic and French would be an advantage.
