Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new candidates for Blue collar roles
- Keeping a strong database of candidates for new clients
- Keeping track of attendance and site paperwork
- Coordinating with employees
- Client coordination
- Managing Staff documents and details.
- Travel if required.
- Managing Office filing and administrative errands
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Outlook
- Candidates must have good knowledge of data handling
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good phone manner
- Excellent team player
- Preference of someone with a driving license
