Job Overview:

SPAR Pakistan is hiring a Category Specialist for Food Service & Bakery to strengthen category assortment, sourcing, and profitability. The role combines bakery expertise with commercial and supply chain knowledge to enhance customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

• Relevant experience in bakery, food service, or retail category management

Skills:

• Strong bakery and culinary knowledge

• Commercial acumen and supply chain understanding

• Analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills

• Ability to improve category profitability and customer experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

• Prior experience in bakery, food service, or retail category management preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize bakery and food service category assortment

• Identify sourcing opportunities to improve profitability

• Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams for efficient operations
