Etisalat Business Managed Services team is seeking a Product Manager in the product marketing function to cater to the business customers in the UAE market focusing on the SDWAN product portfolio.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing packages, driving business and product performance including designing, marketing and executing campaigns that helps drive up the product revenue from different segments across the SDWAN Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Product Life cycle management for SDWAN services and vendor technologies
• Customer obsessed that helps keep customer at the center of all new developments and enhancements
• Oversees development and management of high quality and competitive products, existing product enhancements, services and solutions for SDWAN customers
• Ability to deep dive into the customer base, define micro segments and create targeted products
• Define and review policies, procedures and guidelines for the Product and monitors and supervise their implementation

Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree or masters
• MUST HAVE – knowledge about Product Lifecycle management, Analytical and reasoning skills, Business case; Revenue models.
• NICE TO HAVE – knowledge about -Product & Services – relevant certification, Marketing communication and Marketing Intelligence.
• Required -6-9 years’ experience in enterprise product management with high analytical skills. Good knowledge of enterprise SDWAN product related services. Product life cycle management and customer value management.
