Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends, and use insights to design program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that differentiate our products from competitors and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop launch plans, product collateral, and sales training materials that enable successful product launches.
- Lead the product launch process from ideation to execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and timelines are met.
- Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, and use data to drive ongoing product improvements and future iterations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful product launches and ongoing business growth.
Requirements:
- Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and developing & implementing recommendations
- Highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
- Relevant education background, including MBA or strategy, innovation, or computer science degree from a top-tier academic institution
- 5+ years of professional experience, especially working with the strategy, business development or corporate development arm of a leading tech company and/or a top-tier management consulting firm. Startup experience a bonus
