    • You’ll develop and own the results for individual features and product launches from start to finish

    • You’ll need to maintain a deep understanding of our customer and user personas to translate insights into strategies that help support and drive our roadmap

    • You’ll lead and develop the long-term strategy, priorities, and organization that will meet the brand and product marketing needs as we expand into new industries

    • You’ll improve cross-functional alignment on product knowledge through effective internal communication and training

    • You’ll engage and retain users through external communications, training materials, and gamification (e.g. product updates, knowledge centre content, demo videos, in-app tooltips)

You’ll be Successful in this Role If:

    • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or a related degree

    • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a SaaS product marketing role (preference given to B2B SaaS)

    • You are self-driven and able to work with little supervision towards a common goal or company purpose

    • You have strong critical thinking skills for determining the best approach towards ambiguous tasks and consolidating information from multiple sources

    • Demonstrate proven ability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy

    • You are a great communicator who has excellent communication skills and are comfortable speaking with a variety of different stakeholders, both internal and external
