Job Responsibilities:

• Lead production based on department planning, securing deadlines and establish a flexible studio schedule enabling the studio to deliver on quick lead times to meet commercial needs.
• Lead, manage and grow the Studio production team, enable development when needed.
• Establish the most efficient production workflow of In-house image production, in collaboration with management and the creative team.
• Support the studio team in their work ensuring on brand/high level of production.
• Manage production of all items to be sold on our website, including steaming, styling, photoshoot and post production corrections.
• Work with fast turnaround times and manage high demand for product.
• Responsibility for daily sign off of final images to be uploaded to product pages to include image quality and sequence in line with business directives.
• Develop new processes to improve efficiency of team and production.
• Continually work to improve quality of our online catalogue to give the best experience to our customers.
• Build and nurture the relationship between BFL and external suppliers i.e. model agencies, artists and others.

Job Requirements:

• Able to gain consensus among several stakeholders across a large organization.
• Knowledge of past, current and next generation industry approaches to production, video and post production, digital asset management.
• Up-to-date technical knowledge in photography, post production, digital media tools and technologies.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to the creative team requirements in a pro-active, timely, cooperative and thorough manner.
• Possess excellent analytical skills and strong focus on business results and operational efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills dealing with high level productions.
• Strong leadership skills and a true team player with the ability to delegate.
• Understanding of the studio production process from beginning to end.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with ability to meet deadlines In depth understanding/interest of the Brands For Less brand aesthetic and values Ability to work independently and drive projects.
• Strong interest in fashion, design and contemporary culture.
