POSITION OVERVIEW
So, here’s the deal—this gig’s all about owning the entire customer care game from start to finish. You’re not just answering calls or firing off emails; you’re mapping out the whole experience so it actually feels like the brand, everywhere customers interact. Got a problem? You’re on it—refunds, returns, angry folks yelling on Twitter, whatever. You’ll build support systems that actually work and, hopefully, make people trust us more.
You’ll get your hands dirty with the backend stuff too—think analytics, tech tools, maybe even some automation magic—to make sure the boring questions don’t eat up everyone’s day. Plus, you’ll be the go-between, translating what customers are griping (or raving) about into stuff the business actually uses to get better—teaming up with product, marketing, you name it.
And hey, you’re not riding solo. You’ll lead the customer care squad, set the bar high, and try to make everyone care as much as you do. Empathy, accountability, a little bit of healthy pressure to not suck—that’s the vibe. Basically, if it touches the customer after the sale, you’ve got your fingerprints all over it.
