Job Responsibilities:

A- Setting performance objectives to assigned suppliers – quality improvement, on-time delivery, lead-time reduction, cost reduction and working capital improvements are typical examples but not exhaustive.
B- Ensuring that that supplier capacity is aligned with the demand. Develop scaling models and process to ensure the supplier can respond to the business demands.
C- Preparing and manages negotiations in accordance with Category strategy. Ensures negotiated agreements are properly executed and complied with.
D- Leading the supplier risk assessment and ensures quarterly updates.
E- Coordinating internal communications. Seek feedback from stakeholders ahead of business review process. Keep stakeholders informed, communicate results, actions and ensure acceptable closure of all actions.
F- Ensuring SMP remains accurate (ASL), concise & routinely updated during/following each supplier engagement.

Job Requirements:

A- 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial roles (Supply Chain, Sales, etc.)
B- Effective communicator at all levels within the organization and with suppliers
C- High attention to detail & accuracy
D- Results orientated
E- Flexible but steadfast on objectives
F- Deep knowledge of Production Chemistry business, customers, suppliers and applications
