Description:
The DMS administrator is accountable for managing and end-to-end support of DMS software applications that will meet the requirements of Al Nabooda Automobiles. The DMS administrator should be able to supervise a team of DMS engineers to assist the end users in sales, aftersales, finance, CRM and marketing. The job role will coordinate with the DMS vendor to roll out and enable the system’s new features. Continues users’ education on the build-in business processes in DMS is the scope of the responsibility. The DMS administrator is accountable for managing all issues related DMS and associated systems with DMS.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make sure the DMS application operates in line with the business requirements.
- Provide support to the Autoline Drive end-users.
- Develop training manuals and provide training on newly released software functionalities
- Ensuring all system’s errors and user stories get captured in the vendor support system and interacted/follow up with the vendor’s support team
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors – Computer Science
- Bachelor degree in computer Science, Information Technology or any equivalent degree
- Minimum of 8 years of DMS experience in a medium size Dealership or associated with DMS vendor
- Having a thorough knowledge of the dealership’s business process, including Finance, Vehicle Sales and After Sales processes, are required
