We are hiring Outbound Sales Executives for our Karachi office!

Location: Karachi (Lakson Square Building 1, 4th Floor)
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification: Graduate

Experience:

• Proven experience in health, life, and general insurance sales
• Strong background in outbound sales
• Prior experience in call center sales is required

Job Specifications and Duties:

• The insurance products are going to be such as health, life, and general ones, so the potential customers would be the first ones to be called.
• The customers’ needs will be determined and then they will be taken through the most suitable insurance plans.
• Sales targets, which are set for daily, weekly, and monthly, will be met.
• By having a precise and timely record of customer interactions, the system will be updated and kept.
• The sales process will be reviewed and the compliance with the quality standard will be checked.

Skillset Required:

• Proficient in sales and negotiating techniques

   

• Great communication and interaction skills

   

• Capability to understand customer needs and offer suitable insurance products

   

• Ambitious goal-oriented attitude supported by a solid sales history
