Description:
We are looking to hire technically skilled, self-driven, Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience. He/she will be responsible for providing excellent Asset Management, Technical troubleshooting skills to our systems and networks.
Job Responsibilities:
- End user computing with strong experience in Windows Support and enterprise server Administration.
- Triage, resolve or escalate operational support tickets.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Job Requirements:
