Analyst, Total Rewards

JOB OBJECTIVES:

The purpose of this role is to support the development of Job Descriptions, conduct job evaluations, and administer the annual salary review and implementation of company policies and programs. To ensure administration of the Employee Grievances and Disciplinary Cases are dealt with in accordance with company policy and country law.

Description:

  • Monitors job design and development and provides job related information to create new jobs in the system.
  • Conducts job analysis / and evaluations for new jobs created or for existing jobs that have been restructured in order to gather relevant information on expectations of the role and key responsibility areas.
  • Develops job descriptions to articulate the roles and responsibilities of the role and the job specifications required of the role holder.

Annual Salary Review Process

  • Supports the promotion and salary adjustment process and reviews documentation for appropriateness, ensures approvals and creates summary data for review.
  • Coordinates the annual salary review processes implements guidelines around merit budgets and salary implementation policies.

Data Analytics and Benchmarking

  • Analyze year on year salary movements within various functions at Tabreed and come up with recommendations for the upcoming Annual Salary Cycle·
  • Analyze new hire salary offer trends at various grades and come up with recommendations on quartile positioning for offering critical roles
  • Conduct salary and benefit benchmarking surveys and propose enhancement opportunities in the present structure.

Organization Design

  • Build and revise organization charts to reflect movements of employees within the business
  • Evaluate and slot jobs within the organization chart to ensure appropriate reflection of roles, span of control and other critical dimensions
  • Participate with businesses in revision, consolidation and/or merger of functions and/or business units. Recommend reevaluation of roles where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration / Business Management

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in similar function
  • Ms. Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Internal and external interacting
