Requirements

• Experience: 8-10 Years of experience in OMC (Oil Marketing Company)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s / MBA or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

• Formulating supply strategies and overseeing import contracts and local refineries.
• Analyzing the market and assessing prices and trading conditions by observing supply and demand trends.
• Managing the supply of petroleum products, such as storage, vessel nominations, approval of PFIs, and trade finance functions.
• Sharing data with OCAC/OGRA and attending relevant meetings.

Position: IFEM Specialist

Location: Karachi

Job Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in same field
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Key Responsibilities

• To look after and manage the IFEM and ICFS matters of the company.
• To have full knowledge of the IFEM rules and regulations of OGRA and to ensure their implementation.
• To plan the fleet operations, routes and control the costs so that the work is more efficient.
• Prepare sales certificates, transport certificates, PMP, purchase data, adjustments, lines fill, RRD, sales tax, etc.
• Correspond with OGRA and OCAC and attend industry related meetings.
• Maintain all legal and regulatory documentation accurate and submit as required.
• Conducting the OGRA IFEM audit process, meeting with internal and external auditors and assisting in the audit.
• Working closely with the Logistics, Finance, Commercial and Operations team.
