EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years

QUALIFICATION: Graduation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee depot operations, including receipt, dispatch, stock management (loss/gain), and wet stock (physical reporting).
• Manage weighbridge operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct fire drills, and maintain operational equipment.
• Coordinate with logistics staff to manage tank lorry inspections, product quality checks, and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and operational activities.
• Foster team work and ensure adherence to safety protocols among depot staff.
• Manage invoicing process in ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
