Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve the country and city level targets and other business objectives
- To continuously grow (YoY and MoM) areas (e.g. Business Bay) in terms of orders and acquisitions across the cities, thereby resulting in a healthy country level growth
- With the help of regional CRM team, work on reducing churn rate, increasing order frequency
- Increase active user base for tPro subscription and loyalist base by shifting customers up the segment order
Job Requirements:
- You have 10+ years of experience in driving growth and managing a team, ideally in a fast paced regional environment.
- Experience in building strategic marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns, with expertise in strategy, positioning, channel planning, go-to-market, and measurement.
- Able to establish priorities and communicate expectations, working with others to push projects to completion.
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail with swift execution.
