They will provide advanced professional input to complex Talent Acquisition assignments/projects and deliver end to end recruitment services. The role holder will advise all levels of managers, and employee on policies and procedures and engage directly with candidates and agencies as necessary. They will similarly work with HR functions and centers of excellence to ensure policies, procedures and reward packages are appropriate to attract and retain the talent we need. Therefore, local knowledge within the region is imperative to understand trends and competitor analysis.

The role will require detailed knowledge of the region whilst being able to source and acquire new and current talent requirements. They will lead on their areas which will include campaign management, campaign advert sourcing and writing, headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and ensuring assessments are designed and delivered to secure the best candidates etc.
