This position will report to the Head of Talent & Culture and will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s growth through effective talent and learning strategies. The Talent & Learning Lead will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and implementing talent and learning programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver learning and development programs that support the business strategy across AMEA
  • Evaluate and monitor training programs – necessary tools will be provided
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that attract, retain and develop top talent
  • Work closely with the Head of HR and Talent Director to identify key skill gaps and development needs across the business and support on succession planning strategies and implementation
  • Provide mentoring, coaching and support to critical employees
  • Advise on employee engagement strategies and initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention
  • Execute Learning agenda for AMEA (learning for all) working with global, regional and country HR teams
  • Performance management – involved in calibration and run training on year end reviews – tools and templates will be provided.
  • Support on Talent and succession planning – prepare data and decks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related fields
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role working in a specialist Talent, Learning capacity
  • Proven experience in talent management and learning and development
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
