1- Talent Management Lead
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth implementation of global processes and policies in area of performance management. Supporting the implementation and design of performance management is in line with organization’s values and business strategy through proximity to the business.
• Supporting business with frameworks and enabling sessions for performance management, conduct calibration rounds if necessary. Managing performance frameworks to align individual and team goals with organization objectives and business results.
• Owning and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives in the assigned geography and ensure it is a fundamental part of all talent management processes. Ensuring legal compliance of organization processes with local laws and regulations. Promoting diversity and inclusion locally as important part of the companies’ culture as well as Employee Value Proposition and promote organization’s image as an employer of choice and place open to diversity.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of human resources, business administration or similar.
• Proven experience leading and driving large scale change processes.
• Understanding of performance management or succession planning or development programs and methodologies.
• Knowledge of business environment and its implications for talent processes. Familiarity with leadership assessment and feedback giving practices.
