We are looking for a proactive and organized Team Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth operations. As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating team activities, and handling various tasks to help the team achieve its objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support to team members, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
– Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
– Assist with the preparation and processing of documents, such as reports, proposals, and correspondence.
– Maintain and update team records, databases, and filing systems.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and team events.
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
– Assist with project coordination and follow up on action items and deadlines.
– Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
– Organize and maintain office space to ensure a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
– Proven experience as an administrative or team assistant, or in a similar role.

– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
