Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Supports the Digital Health and Enterprise Imaging IT business with the technical tasks including installation/commissioning of Siemens Health care IT solutions
Overall responsible for the successful deployment of Siemens Healthineers healthcare IT related solutions including enterprise imaging (VNA/PACS/RIS/CVIS) and digital health solutions into customer environment (and connect modalities where applicable)
Work with our product and engineering teams, as well as our middleware partners, to implement integration solutions.
Deploy pilot CVIS solutions during sales phase
Implement proof of concept PACS/RIS solutions and integrate to customer’s environment during sales phase where applicable
Track customer’s Instalbase satisfaction and drive upgrade opportunities, where/when applicable
Consult with customers on technical solutions, together with Sales Manager or Key Account Manager for the Digital Health Business (Syngo, Digital Health)
Clarify customer’s specification in request for proposal (RFP)
Be involved in technical design as well as hardware sizing of offered solutions
Ensure optimal performance & efficiency in all process activities related to your area of responsibility
Clarify specification and continuously liaise with accountable Commercial Project Manager Internal.
Maintain constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other stakeholders.
Perform regular system health check for Instalbase

Your Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in PACS/RIS/VNA Solutions implementation and support is a must

Strong technical background with demonstrated experience in deploying Healthcare IT solutions

Clear understanding of departmental workflow in hospitals: radiology, cardiology, and other ologies
