Technical Delivery Director Jobs in Abu Dhabi | EPAM Systems Careers

We are currently seeking a highly technical, proactive, and people-smart Technical Delivery Director to lead end-to-end project delivery for our clients in Qatar. As a key member of our Middle East Delivery Team, you will be responsible for managing complex programs, projects, and multiple workstreams across various domains, and work with both local delivery team and delivery team globally.

Job Responsibilities

a) Oversee end-to-end client delivery from initiation through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery in line with EPAM processes
b) Manage customer relationships and expectations, representing delivery at the governance level
c) Coordinate multiple activity streams and clients, ensuring seamless delivery across all aspects, including finance, sourcing, implementation, and business outcomes
d) Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including product owners, architects, engineers, and quality assurance, to drive estimates, delivery plans, and retrospectives

Job Requirements

a) Hands-on experience in delivering complex projects and managing customer relationships
b) Profound understanding and practical experience with Software Development Life Cycle, various methodologies, and Agile delivery
c) Experience with different engagement models and working with distributed client-side teams
d) Exceptional communication, presentation, planning, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
