Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to be a local time keeper of the projects develop, a detailed project schedule in respect of the opening date, monitoring the project progress and quality (ensuring the respect key milestones).
- Support the Country Managing Directors in the brief preparation, performing technical surveys and information data package, visiting the new proposed locations for technical support and feedback.
- Research new suppliers, visiting offices and factories during the screening process, validating first samples, production check and first validation of the prototypes.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of design and architecture principles and tools
- Technical background, attention on details for engineering, prototypes and new materials research
- Culture of Retail and wholesale, including Bulgari products
- Knowledge of Bulgari commercial network
- IT Applications (Office, AutoCAD, Sap etc.)
- Construction knowledge and negotiation techniques
