Job Key Details:

  • Identify and source new customers as well as business contacts to expand the company’s customer base
  • Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations and offer suitable solutions
  • Source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of the company products, drive sales and maintain strong customer relations
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set achievable targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation of products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products as well as technological advancements in the telecom sector

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of Telecom products, a passion for sales and the ability to travel
  • Minimum 5 years of UAE Experience selling telecom products
  • Strong technical knowledge pertaining to telecom products or an engineering background will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to understand the needs of the clients and provide them with the right product choices
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Expertise in Excel required
  • Should have a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
