Job Key Details:
- Identify and source new customers as well as business contacts to expand the company’s customer base
- Actively engage with potential clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations and offer suitable solutions
- Source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical features of the company products, drive sales and maintain strong customer relations
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set achievable targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of products
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation of products
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products as well as technological advancements in the telecom sector
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge of Telecom products, a passion for sales and the ability to travel
- Minimum 5 years of UAE Experience selling telecom products
- Strong technical knowledge pertaining to telecom products or an engineering background will be an added advantage
- Must be able to understand the needs of the clients and provide them with the right product choices
- Effective communication skills
- Good negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Expertise in Excel required
- Should have a professional and friendly demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
