Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to service requests and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze and diagnose technical problems.
- Installation and configuration of devices and sensors based on project scope.
- Installation and maintenance of application servers, database servers & cloud servers (Linux / Windows).
- Manage SQL Server databases across all environments.
- Configure and maintain database servers and processes.
- Monitor the systems health and performance and carry out troubleshooting and resolution to ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security.
- Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
- Provide customer training on products installed.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience as an IT support engineer with minimum 1 year’s experience in SQL database management and Linux.
- UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
