Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to Helpdesk inquiries, log calls in the services ticketing system, and assist users in problem resolution.
- Install the software and computer peripherals.
- Prepare and test new computer equipment and oversee shipping to new store locations.
- Help supplement documentation by converting answers discovered while supporting customers and converting the information into official learning resources content.
- Install custom software as well as software upgrades, maintain networks, and monitor for defective terminals.
- Communicate with onsite technicians.
- Be knowledgeable of desktop computer applications, operating systems, hardware and networking devices.
Job Requirements:
- College diploma related to Computer Systems and Networking
- A+ Certification
- Network + Certification
- You have a minimum experience of 2 years within a customer service oriented and IT environment including in-depth support experience in a large-scale network environment.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are results-focused and reliable; always maintaining the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service.
- You have a strong knowledge of ticketing management systems.
- You have a solid understanding of network peripheral devices.
- You are experienced with firewall hardware and administration.
- You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to solve a variety of problems in an accurate and timely manner.
- You have solid experience with Networks & MS Windows XP, 7, and 8 as well as 8.1 and 10 operating systems.
- You are available to work Mon-Sun 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM any shifts.
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Windows 7, and Windows 10 and good networking skills
- Customer-driven – technically oriented while maintaining the ability to positively interact with non-technical clients
- A college diploma related to Computer systems and Networking
- A+ Certification must
