Brief description:

Our client belongs to education industry where they cater to every need of the home schooling concept. They are not just a one-stop solution for all your higher education needs; it’s much more. They mentor and walk hand-in-hand with the students throughout. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Response & Engagement • Contact all assigned leads within 24 hours of assignment in Zoho CRM. • Respond to WhatsApp inquiries within 60 minutes during working hours. • Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and WhatsApp with at least three attempts per lead. • Ensure a minimum of 90 calls per day to maximize outreach and engagement. 2. Lead Conversion & Interest Creation • Establish contact with at least 70% of assigned leads per week. • Successfully generate interest in at least 60% of the calls where contact is established. • Book meetings or demo classes with at least 70% of successfully contacted leads. • Ensure at least 90% attendance for scheduled meetings and demo classes. 3. CRM & Reporting • Update Zoho CRM accurately on lead status (e.g., contacted, unresponsive, meeting scheduled, etc.) on the same day of interaction. • Submit daily reports, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and meetings completed. 4. Quality Assurance • Adhere to provided call scripts and engagement guidelines to maintain professionalism. • Ensure WhatsApp responses are clear, polite, and aligned with company policies. 5. Productivity & Lead Management • Manage the lead pipeline efficiently, ensuring leads are moved from assigned to contact established or unresponsive within 5 working days.

Qualifications and requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role. • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus). Core Competencies: • The ability to meet and exceed performance KPIs in a fast-paced environment. • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. • Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively.
