Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound Telesales calls to potential customers, generating leads and promoting products/services.
- Assist in developing and executing telemarketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales.
- Qualify leads and gather customer data to support sales efforts.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales scripts and promotional materials.
- Help identify new market opportunities and contribute to research and analysis.
- Track and report on campaign results and sales performance.
Requirements
- Driven٫ willing to learn٫ with strong professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or IT Background would be added advantage
- Good computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM)
- Well-organized and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of social media and marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
