As a Telesales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales by contacting clients, introducing our real estate services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients via phone to present Sahak Properties’ properties and services.
• Identify customer needs, provide detailed information, and offer tailored real estate solutions.
• Manage and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle client inquiries professionally, providing solutions and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (real estate experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation to succeed.
