What you will do:

• Contributing to the allocation of a budget and accepting responsibility to stay within the agreed budget
• Negotiating with retail tenants on Terms and Conditions, financial elements and payment plans
• AR collection to maintain minimum debtors provision among tenants.
• Liaison between the Tenants and the Mall Management Team
• Assume daily point of contact for retailer relationship management the for tenant portfolio
• Developing relationships via all avenues including retail partnerships, meeting and forums
• Foster closer relationship between tenants and the management team
• Handling handover and takeover of tenants

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of tenancy related issues in shopping malls
• Knowledge of retail leasing and lease management
• Strong knowledge and exposure to the GCC retail market
