Job Responsibilities

  • Tender Preparation: Reviewing and analyzing tender documents, including requests for proposals (RFPs), invitations to tender (ITT), and bid requirements. Identifying key project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner, including bid forms, contracts, and supporting documents. Ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and procurement guidelines.
  • Bid Management: Managing the end-to-end bid process, including coordinating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to gather required information, clarifications, and supporting documentation. Collaborating with technical teams, legal, finance, and other relevant departments to develop comprehensive and competitive bids.
  • Proposal Development: Developing compelling proposals, ensuring that they address the client’s needs, objectives, and evaluation criteria. Collaborating with subject matter experts to create accurate and persuasive content. Coordinating the design, layout, and formatting of the proposal.
  • Helps in gathering information on tender results, analyzing and converting results into useful and meaningful data.
  • Ensures that bid documents are accurate and received within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Establishes and maintains an efficient and effective filing system electronically.
  • Accesses, sorts and drafts appropriate responses to requests/queries.
  • Facilitates the pre-tender meetings for tender clarifications, tender(s) opening process and coordinates evaluation meetings.
  • Monitors and completes status reports on Tenders in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and control schedule of all tenders.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of tender process and submissions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in same field
  • Excellent command in excel and Microsoft offices.
  • Excellent command in English
  • Team Player
